Hmm... I tried to post this earlier but I think it got eaten by the webgoblins. Anyway: Hurray for backgrounds! This is more like what I had in mind. Moze is still mad that I took his cool outfit away from him.
You want to know something interesting about Aladdin and Mozenwrath? The original pitch for the 3rd movie of Aladdin (that is, what became "Aladdin and the King of Thieves,") is Aladdin discovered Mozenwrath was his long-lost brother and they both had to team up together in order to fight off against an even greater evil than Mozenwrath! For some reason though, Disney eventually decided the 3rd movie should be LESS about the animated TV series of "Aladdin" and try to emulate "Aladdin" the original movie more. Hence the reason why Aladdin meets his father instead of discovering that Mozenwrath is his brother. Although confidentially, that would've made one cool plot twist if Disney followed through with the whole Aladdin and Mozenwrath are brothers plan! Enough said!
I really love the sand: well painted and it also looks like they're sitting on the edges of each other's territories. Sorry, been on a lion kick lately with territories. Heh, anyway, another very nice piece with great expressions.
yay!!! that's what I wanted with the sand: yellow on Aladdin's side, and black for the Lord of the Black Sands. But actual yellow and black looked awful, so after looking at real pictures of sand dunes I realized it would have to be orange and blue. Photoshopped. Took me forever though. ^_^;
ummm... well, I guess you could see it that way, but to be honest I meant this to be a picture of the Al and Moze who pretty much hate each other. Sort of a classic hero-and-villain comparison thing. And I wanted to see Moze shirtless. sweatdrop.
